Customer letter - Our records indicate that an EMISSIONS RECALL has not been completed on this vehicle; refer to the address card for the affected VIN. There is an internal programming issue with the powertrain control module (PCM). Under certain restarting and driving conditions, the air to fuel ratio control may not properly adjust.
