Official summary
TSB: Some 2010 ? 2013 model year vehicles equipped with Generation 6 navigation that have been updated using the 13.1 map data may exhibit a missing character data (street/city names, freeway shields, and landmark icons) condition. A new master DVD set is now available to update the Navigation Update Tool. Customers using 13.1 version 13.09.10 map data may notice missing character data in certain geographical areas.
