Official summary
TSB: Some 2013 model year FR-S vehicles may exhibit a condition where the outer rear view mirrors vibrate while moving, most visibly at highway speeds. The retaining bolts and mirror housing base have been revised to better ensure the stability of the mirror housing. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
