Official summary

TSB: Some 2012 ? 2014 model year Tacoma vehicles equipped with the A340 automatic transmission may exhibit a shudder condition on deceleration at approximately 20 mph after the vehicle has cold soaked. The Engine Control Module/ECM (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition occurring. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
