Official summary
Some 2014 model year IS 250/350 vehicles may exhibit a creak type noise coming from the roof area while turning into or out of an inclined driveway. This noise may be caused by an intermittent stick/slip condition between the sunroof housing and fasteners. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
