Official summary
TSB: Some 2016 ? 2017 model year RX 350 vehicles may exhibit a ?Braking Power Low? warning message before or during startup with no related Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). Vehicles affected by this condition will operate normally and the warning light will disappear immediately once the engine is started. To minimize customer confusion, the meter control unit logic has been modified to address this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to reprogram the meter control unit.
