Technical service Tip (TST) informing dealers that if a customer wants to change the radio pre-set channel number and is unable to do so, this has been identified as being caused by the radio data system (RDS) refresh rate bringing the pre-set channel back to its original #. At this time there is no solution to this issue. Replacement of parts is not the solution.
