Official summary
Technical Bulletin (Communication Interruptions Following Door Control Module Replacement): Due to further technical development and releases, the latest generation door control units which are UDS diagnosis compatible are now available as service parts for the A5 Jetta and Jetta Wagon, replacing the previously installed KWP 2000 units. In individual cases, there may be communication problems with the newly installed door control unit during diagnosis and connection (coding, adaption, etc).
