Official summary
Key Fob Voluntary Service Campaign This bulletin applies to vehicles with trim levels of SV and SL only. Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign on approximately 50,944 model year 2017 Nissan Rogue SV and SL trim level vehicles. Nissan has discovered that the I-Key fob may be missing the FCC ID label required by the Federal Communications Commission. To correct this condition, Nissan is conducting a Voluntary Service Campaign to provide customers with two FCC ID labels (included with the owner letter) that can be easily affixed to each I-Key fob for your 2017 Rogue. ***** What Dealer

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
