Official summary
This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that the radio may have one of these issues will not turn on and will only display the clock and all buttons on the radio are inoperative but the volume and tune knobs will function. Technician will need to ensure that any radio or steering wheel buttons are not stuck.
