Technical Bulletin (Ignition Switch Faults Stored - Various Malfunctioning Comfort Functions): This document informs of High resistance in "S-contact circuit" of the ignition switch. The product solution for this issue was Improved S contact switch Part No. 1K0 905 849 B. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
