Technical Bulletin (Vibration or Rattling Noise from Front End or Dash Panel while Driving): The refrigerant line from the compressor to the condenser of the heat pump has a contact point to the brake line in the area of the plenum chamber partition panel. As a result, the working noise of the air conditioning compressor is transmitted into the vehicle interior. The issue was service with the installation of a vibration damper. This document discusses the installation, and fault codes for servicing this issue.
