Official summary

Due to a process fault, the gearbox was filled with ATF fluid containing sulphur on Audi vehicles with multritronic manufactured within a specific period. As a result, a copper sulphide layer may form on the conductor tracks of the gearbox control unit and cause electrical faults. This Update is in effect until removed. Procedure is valid only for vehicles that show the 37H5 code in the Elsa Campaign/Action Information screen on the day of repair. Vehicle must be within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty. Procedure must be performed within the allotted time frame stated in this Technical Service

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
