Official summary
Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 01 number 13-66 dated January 17, 2013. MIL on. DTCs are stored in the engine control module (ECM). Under extreme driving conditions (such short-distance, stop-and-go driving), high crankcase pressure can cause the DTCs to appear. The condition can be improved and the DTCs eliminated when the crankcase pressure valve is changed to a lower operating pressure and the ECM software is updated to compensate for new crankcase pressure.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
