Official summary

Some customers may complain about warm air from the climate control vents. This may be caused by improper brazing (A) of the evaporator (B), causing a refrigerant leak from the joint between the tubes (C) and the header (D).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
