Official summary

Technical Bulletin (Clicking or Popping Noise from the Front Suspension after a Change in Direction): When accelerating after a change of direction (forward or reverse) a one-time clicking or popping noise occurs in the front left or front right of the vehicle. The concern is due to the relative movement of the outward drive axle spline in the wheel bearing. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
