2016-2017 TITAN XD; MIL ON WITH DTC U3017 This bulletin applies only to vehicles equipped with a Cummins 5.0L V8 Diesel engine. IF YOU CONFIRM The MIL is ?ON? with DTC U3017 (CAN Communication), and There are no drivability issues. ACTION 1. Save Computer Data with CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus). 2. At step 6 of the reprogramming procedure, confirm this bulletin applies to the vehicle you are working on. 3. If this bulletin applies, continue with reprogramming. 4. Write Saved Data with C-III plus. 5. Perform DTC Confirmation Procedure and Clear DTC.
