Official summary
Some Genesis G80/G90 will arrive from Ports with a box on the passenger floor containing a 4-Watt solar panel 12V battery maintainer. The solar panel is to be installed at PDI with 4 suction cups positioned on the bottom passenger side of the windshield interior with the solar panel glass facing the windshield. The cable is routed over the vehicle dash and steering wheel to the OBD connector under the dash. This allows current from the solar panel to flow to the vehicle?s 12V battery.
