Official summary
Concern: L359 and L538, 12MY onwards with 2.0GTDi engines, a warning indicator may illuminate on the IP (Instrument Pack) for low coolant level and coolant visible on the ground at the front area of the engine bay. On inspection, the coolant leak is from the radiator.
