This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician that Diagnostic Trouble Code B127E in the Human Machine Interface with Regular Production Option Code U42 or UWG will be current when playing a DVD or Blu-Ray on the Integrated Center Stack display. When the disc is ejected the Diagnostic Trouble Code will be history. If the Diagnostic Trouble Code B127E remains current after ejecting the disc follow Service Information diagnostic procedure instructions for B127E with Regular Production Option Code U42 or UWG.
