LSB: Some 2013 - 2014 model year ES 300h and ES 350 vehicles may exhibit a condition where the seat cooler operation is less than customer expectation. This is due to the air duct collapsing when there is weight in the seat, thus restricting air flow through the air duct. Use the following bulletin to address this condition.
