Official summary
Some vehicles may experience intermittent non-operation of the windshield wipers. The wiper motor cover (A) may have been discarded during a previous repair. The missing wiper motor cover (A) may allow elements to contaminate the wiper motor (B) and cause an intermittent open circuit.
