Official summary

Some customers may complain about a slight hesitation while accelerating from a stop. It most likely occurs when D or R range is selected right after engine start or during high rpm idling. This may be caused by an improper PCM control logic. To eliminate this concern, the control logic of the PCM has been changed.

Vehicles covered

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
