Official summary
TSB: Some 2011 - 2014 model year Sienna vehicles may exhibit a condition where a rattle or squeak type noise is heard from the rear of the vehicle while driving over rough road surfaces when the seats are empty in the upright latched position. If the 3rd row seats are stowed, the noise is no longer present.
