Official summary
Some 2017 Fusion and MKZ vehicles built on 01-Nov-2016 and through 15-Mar-2017 may exhibit front windows that fail to open or close completely, bounce back, and/or have a complete loss of the one-touch feature. Reprogram the driver door module (DDM) and/or the passenger door module (PDM) to the latest calibration using IDS version 104.04 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com. After programming perform the IDS power window initialization procedure.
