Official summary

Tech line summary article - Is the panoramic glass roof sunshade binding, sagging, or bunching? If so, replace it. The replacement sunshade has been countermeasured not to do this. Keep in mind that some minor wrinkling of the sunshade fabric is normal while it's opening or closing and it doesn't affect sunshade operation. When in its fully closed position, the sunshade shouldn't have any wrinkles.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
