Service bulletin - The 8-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) slips or shifts hard when cold, usually on 1st to 2nd upshifts. The client may also report about feeling bumped or jerked once the vehicle has come to a stop. After the transmission warms up, it shifts normally.
