"engineering request - american honda (ahm) is investigating certain 2013-2014 accords with a customer complaint of check charging system message displayed on mid as well as having the dtc b1192 (gauge control module lost communication with battery sensor ecu) stored. To fully understand the cause of this condition, ahm would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle in certain condition prior to you attempting a repair of any kind."
