"service bulletin - on a small number of hr-vs, the vehicle s tire certification label on the driver s doorjamb and the a/c and emission certification labels under the hood may be missing or have incorrect information listed. This would cause the vehicle to be noncompliant with title 49 of the code of federal regulations, section 571.110, tire selection and rims and various emissions regulations."
