Description of issue: a potential issue has been identified on a limited number of vehicles listed in the affected vehicle range where faulty vehicles are performing two successive fast path adaptions for secondary fueling trim. Adaptions are occurring when 1st hego voltage is at a high level for a period of time. However, this is within normal operation.
