Official summary
"issue: a customer may report that during certain driving manoeuvres there is a groan noise from the suspension that lasts approximately 1 second. The main driving manoeuvres associated with this are: 1. Steering right and then hitting a bump/ridge in the road very soon after. 2. Steering to the right and then sharply steering to the left. Cause: this is caused by the fluid moving within the dynamic response valve block combined with rapid system pressure changes."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
