Official summary
"situation: after selecting neutral (n) during an eco stop, the engine may not re-start when the brake pedal is released or there may be a flashing gear selector led indicator on the instrument cluster and transmission control switch. An ignition cycle is required to re-start the engine. Cause: this may be due to an anti-lock braking system (abs) control module software error that, under very specific circumstances, causes this to occur."
