"situation: a '2 wheel drive only fault - traction reduced' message may be displayed on the instrument cluster. Upon further investigation, a technician may find diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p0961-62 stored in the fault memory. Cause: this may be caused by insufficient spring load for motor brushes in the active on-demand coupling oil pump."
