"situation: a 'transmission fault - traction reduced' message may be displayed on the instrument cluster. Upon diagnosis, diagnostic trouble code (dtc) p1889-14 is found to be stored. Cause: this may be caused by insufficient spring load for commutator bar brushes in the active on-demand coupling oil pump."
