"situation: an issue has been identified on a limited number of 2015 model year lr4 (l319), range rover evoque (l538), range rover sport (l494), and range rover (l405) vehicles where the blindspot monitoring control module (bmcm) may experience water ingress. Action: retailers are required to hold only affected new vehicles that are within your control and refrain from releasing the vehicles for new vehicle sale pending completion of the service instruction detailed in this technical bulletin."
