Official summary

"description a potential issue has been identified on a limited number of 2014 model year lr4 (l319), range rover evoque (l538), range rover sport (l494), and range rover (l405) vehicles, fitted with a dual battery junction box (dbjb) and auxiliary battery only, where the charge warning indicator remains illuminated but the vehicle continues to drive as normal. Diagnostic trouble codes (dtc) b1404-13 and b1479-72 may be stored in the gateway module. The issue disappears after an ignition cycle."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
