"situation: the steering column may require replacement due to certain issues or damage. Cause: this may be caused by one or more of the following: inoperative tilt mechanism; steering column lock mechanism issue; reach spindle thread damage; and/or rotational 'click' noises attributed to internal steering column bearings."
