Official summary
"issue: customers report a repeat issue of engine noise from the timing chain system, after the vehicle had previously been repaired. Cause: the timing chain was not at the correct tension. This was caused by the full repair procedure in tsb ltb00474 not being followed - a complete set of timing chain tensioners and blades were not fitted."
