Official summary
Some vehicles may exhibit a rattle noise and/or wind noise from the front door glass area while driving the vehi-cle. This is caused by a deformed glass run channel (a). The deformed area is located at the upper rear corner of the run channel and is caused by repeated door glass closures in very hot climates. The deformed area causes poor contact between the glass run channel and the door sash, which results in rattle noise and/or wind noise.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
