Some 2017 fusion and mkz vehicles built on or after 01-nov-2016 may exhibit a front window that bounces back and does not close when using the one-touch up feature. Reprogram the driver door module (ddm) to the latest calibration using the integrated diagnostic system (ids) version 104.04 or higher. Make sure you are connected to the internet when entering module programming to obtain the latest updates. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraftservice.com.
