Official summary
Some 2016 transit equipped with sync 3 may require accessory protocol interface module (apim) replacement for various reasons. To prevent a software conflict between the apim and the audio control module (acm) causing inoperative radio presets, also install acm part number ck4z-18c869-h. Monitor oasis for future updates, engineering is developing a software solution to eliminate the need for acm replacement. For claiming, use causal part 14g371 and applicable labor operations in section 10 of the service labor time standards (slts) manual.
