"dealer message - american honda (ahm) is investigating certain 2016 pilots with a customer complaint of wind noise coming from the rear left door are or a loose/deformed weatherstrip on the rear left door. To fully understand the cause of this condition, ahm would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind. Qualifiers ahm is interested only if the vehicle meets the following requirements: must confirm deformed or distorted rear left 1. Door weatherstrip. 2. No previous accidents or repairs related to the rear left door weatherstrip."
