Official summary

P0300:00: random misfire detected p0301:00: cylinder no. 1 misfire detected p0302:00: cylinder no. 2 misfire detected this is caused by improper control logic of the pcm. The pcm may detect a false misfire under the subject conditions and may fall into fail safe mode. To eliminate this concern, the pcm control logic has been changed.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
