"techline summary article - do you have a vehicle in your shop for any of these issues? When starting up the vehicle, the navigation system position is incorrect. When starting up the vehicle, the audio unit presets are blank (there s no text in the boxes). When playing the audio unit with the neural (surround sound) setting turned on, you hear a noise from the speakers that sounds like a helicopter hovering or a cd skipping."
