"tech line summary article - we re getting reports of this issue after doing a remote engine start: the front seat heaters intermittently won t work. The heat level indicators come on for 1 second when first touched, then immediately goes off. The cool level indicators, however, work normally. The front seat heaters won t respond to voice commands. Front seat heater operation can only be restored by cycling the ignition and rebooting the navigation system."
