Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit a clunk noise from the engine compartment when driving over rough roads or over a speed bump. The noise may occur in areas of high ambient temperatures. Due to high heat, the lubricant inside the no. 3 engine mount rubber (a) may become ineffective, causing a stick-slip noise between the casing and the rubber, however, there is no seepage from the engine mount. The engine mount rubber uses a new type of lubricant to eliminate this concern.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
