Official summary

Some vehicles may exhibit a squeaking or knocking noise from the rear of the vehicle when passing over a bump. This is caused by dust entering between the rear stabilizer bushing and stabilizer bar, which wears down the bushing. To correct the problem, the rear stabilizer bar is replaced with a modified one (with a set of stabi-lizer bushings and brackets).

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
