Official summary

Tsb: some 2014 model year highlander and highlander hv vehicles may exhibit an abnormal noise, like a squeak/squawk/groan type noise, from the rear suspension when traveling over uneven roads. This may be more pronounced in colder ambient temperatures. The abnormal noise may be caused by a rear trailing arm bushing. An updated rear trailing arm assembly is available. Follow the repair procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
