Official summary

"issue:- customers have reported that chrome and black door finishers on the rear door become slightly adrift due to partial delamination at the base of the rear door 'b' post. (please view attachment example) cause:- excess applied torque during profiling can cause the fixing screw to protrude through the moulding into the adhesive strip. Over time, this can weaken the adhesive creating the partial delamination."

What a TSB means. Technical service bulletins are repair guidance manufacturers send to dealers — they are not recalls, and repairs are not automatically free (warranty extensions are an exception worth checking). The full document is available via NHTSA’s vehicle lookup.
