Official summary
Some 2016-2017 focus rs vehicles with sync 3 may experience a condition in which a sound mode selection is displayed in the front display interface module (fdim) sound settings screen. Focus rs audio systems are not equipped with sound mode surround sound. Engineering is aware of this concern and no repairs should be performed at this time. Monitor oasis for future updates. The sync version can be confirmed via oasis.
